This contract governs your relationship with EasyBooking as a hotel partner. By creating an account and listing your property, you agree to operate within these terms. EasyBooking acts as a booking intermediary — we connect guests to your property and handle payments. You remain fully responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of your accommodation.
Key Terms
Listing Review & Approval
After you sign up, our team will review your hotel listing, photos, room details, and business information. Your hotel goes live only after it passes EasyBooking's internal quality and compliance check. We reserve the right to decline or delist any property that doesn't meet our standards.
Competitive Platform Commission
EasyBooking charges a competitive commission on every confirmed and completed booking. This is deducted before your payout is processed. There are no monthly fees or listing charges. Your specific rate is confirmed during onboarding.
Flexible Payout Schedule
Payout timing varies by booking scenario — some bookings are paid immediately upon confirmation, others after guest checkout, and some within a standard weekly cycle. EasyBooking communicates the applicable schedule for each case.
Honor All Confirmed Bookings
You must not cancel a confirmed guest booking without written approval from EasyBooking. Partner-initiated cancellations incur a financial penalty at EasyBooking's discretion, and three cancellations within 90 days will result in listing suspension.
Free Featured Listing (Early Bird)
Hotels that onboard before launch are eligible for a complimentary featured placement on the EasyBooking homepage and destination pages, subject to quality standards being maintained.
Listing Suspension Policy
EasyBooking may immediately suspend or remove a listing for: denying check-in to a confirmed guest, fraudulent listing content, illegal activity, repeated cancellations, or sustained guest complaints.
Legal, Licensing & Government Law
You must hold all valid business, hotel, and tourism licenses required by the laws of the country where your hotel operates. Both EasyBooking and its partners are bound by the applicable government laws and regulations of the hotel's country of operation. Guest data may only be used to manage that specific booking.
Additional Obligations
Provide genuine, up-to-date photos — no stock images or AI-generated pictures
Update room availability promptly to prevent double-bookings
Respond to guest messages within 4 hours during business hours
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and all listed amenities at all times
Do not solicit off-platform payments or circumvent EasyBooking booking fees
Guest personal data received from EasyBooking may only be used for managing that specific booking
EasyBooking reviews all applications — approval is not guaranteed and can be withdrawn
This agreement is governed by Pakistani law; disputes are resolved in Islamabad jurisdiction
