Listing Review & Approval
After completing onboarding, your hotel goes through EasyBooking's internal review. Only hotels that meet our quality and compliance standards are approved to go live.
Our team reviews your submitted listing, photos, room details, pricing, and business information
Approval is subject to EasyBooking's internal quality, safety, and compliance standards
You will be notified of the outcome — approved listings go live automatically
We may request additional information or changes before approving your listing
If your hotel does not meet our standards, we reserve the right to decline the listing
EasyBooking can delist any approved property that later fails to maintain required standards
Competitive Platform Commission
EasyBooking charges a competitive commission on every confirmed and completed booking — no monthly fees, no listing charges, no setup costs.
Commission is calculated on the total guest-paid booking value (room rate × nights + extras)
Commission is deducted before payout — you keep the majority of each booking
Applies to all bookings reaching 'Completed' status
Your specific rate is confirmed during onboarding based on property type and location
No hidden fees or setup costs — we only earn when you earn
Flexible Payout Schedule
Payout timing varies based on booking scenario. EasyBooking processes payouts as per the applicable schedule for each booking type.
Payout timing is determined by booking scenario — peak season, off-season, and checkout timing all apply
Some bookings may be paid out immediately upon confirmation; others after guest checkout
Standard payouts are processed within a weekly cycle where applicable
Disputed or flagged bookings are held until the dispute is resolved
Refunded bookings do not generate a payout; prior payouts are recovered in the next cycle
Ensure your bank account details in Settings are always accurate
EasyBooking will communicate the applicable payout schedule for each scenario
Honor All Confirmed Bookings
Every booking confirmed through EasyBooking must be honored. Partner-initiated cancellations are a serious policy violation.
Accept the guest's EasyBooking reference number as proof of confirmed payment
Do not deny check-in to a guest with a paid, confirmed booking
Notify EasyBooking immediately if an issue affects a confirmed booking
Partner-initiated cancellations incur a financial penalty at EasyBooking's discretion
Three or more cancellations within 90 days triggers listing suspension
Force majeure cancellations require written notification within 24 hours with evidence
Free Featured Listing
Hotels onboarding before launch are eligible for a complimentary featured spot on the EasyBooking homepage and destination pages.
Featured placement is free — no additional charges
Granted at EasyBooking's discretion, not guaranteed
Requires the listing to maintain quality and review standards
Can be withdrawn for any contract violation
Does not guarantee a specific number of bookings or views
Suspension & Removal Policy
EasyBooking can suspend or permanently remove a listing for policy violations. We take guest trust seriously.
Immediate suspension: denying check-in to a confirmed guest
Immediate suspension: fraudulent listing content, illegal activity at property
Immediate suspension: threatening or abusing guests
Review and warning: sustained negative reviews, slow guest response, inaccurate availability
Appeals submitted to partners@easybooking.live within 7 days of suspension
Legal, Government Law & Compliance
Both EasyBooking and all partners are bound by the government laws and regulations of the country in which each hotel operates. Partners are fully responsible for legal compliance.

Hotels must follow all applicable federal, provincial, and local government laws of their operating country
Hold all valid business, hotel, and tourism licenses required by the laws of your country
Register guests as required by local and federal regulations of your country
Guest data shared by EasyBooking may only be used to manage that specific booking
Do not use guest data for marketing, resale, or any other purpose
Comply with all applicable tax obligations as required by your country's laws
EasyBooking may update this contract with 14 days' written notice
