Listing Review
Listing Review & Approval
After completing onboarding, your hotel listing goes through EasyBooking's internal review process. Only hotels that meet our quality, safety, and compliance standards are approved to go live on the platform.
Our team reviews your submitted listing, photos, room details, pricing, and business information
Approval is subject to EasyBooking's internal quality and compliance standards
You will be notified of the review outcome — approved listings go live automatically
We may request additional information or changes before approving your listing
If your hotel does not meet our standards, we reserve the right to decline the listing
EasyBooking can delist any approved property that later fails to maintain required standards
Competitive Platform Commission
EasyBooking charges a competitive commission on each confirmed and completed booking. There are no monthly fees, no listing charges, and no hidden costs — we only earn when you earn.
Commission is calculated on the total guest-paid booking amount (room rate × nights + any extras)
Commission is deducted before payout — you keep the majority of each booking value
Commission applies to all booking statuses that reach 'Completed'
Your specific rate is confirmed during onboarding based on your property type and location
Flexible Payout Schedule
Payout timing varies based on the booking scenario. EasyBooking determines the applicable schedule per booking — peak season, post-checkout, or within a weekly cycle.
Payout timing is scenario-based — peak season bookings, off-season bookings, and checkout timing all affect when payouts are processed
Some bookings may be paid immediately upon confirmation; others after guest checkout
Standard payouts are processed within a weekly cycle where applicable
Disputed or flagged bookings are held until resolved
Refunded bookings do not generate a payout; prior payouts are recovered in the next cycle
Ensure your bank account details in Settings are always accurate
Honor All Confirmed Bookings
Every booking confirmed through EasyBooking must be honored. Partner-initiated cancellations are treated as a serious policy violation.
Accept the guest's booking reference number as proof of confirmed payment
Do not deny check-in to a guest with a confirmed, paid booking
If an operational issue arises, notify EasyBooking immediately at partners@easybooking.live
Partner-initiated cancellations incur a financial penalty at EasyBooking's discretion
3 or more cancellations within 90 days will trigger listing suspension
Force majeure cancellations require written notification within 24 hours with supporting evidence
Featured Listing (Early Onboarding)
Hotels that complete onboarding before launch are eligible for a complimentary featured placement on the EasyBooking homepage and destination pages.
Featured status is granted at EasyBooking's discretion, not guaranteed
Featured placement is free — no additional charges
Featured status requires the listing to maintain quality and review standards
Featured status can be withdrawn if the partner violates any contract term
Being featured does not guarantee a specific number of bookings
Listing Suspension & Removal
EasyBooking reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove a listing. We take partner quality and guest trust seriously.
Immediate suspension: denying check-in to a confirmed guest, fraudulent listing content, illegal activity
Immediate suspension: threatening or abusing guests, repeated booking cancellations
Review & warning: sustained negative reviews, slow response to guests, inaccurate availability
Partners are notified before any action where possible (except immediate safety risks)
Appeals can be submitted to partners@easybooking.live within 7 days
Legal, Government Law & Compliance
Both EasyBooking and all partners are bound by the government laws and regulations of the country in which each hotel operates. Partners are fully responsible for legal compliance.

Hotels must follow all applicable federal, provincial, and local government laws of their operating country
Hold all valid business, hotel, and tourism licenses required by the laws of your country
Register guests as required by local and federal regulations of your country
Guest data shared by EasyBooking (name, phone, CNIC) may only be used to manage that specific booking
Do not use guest data for marketing, resale, or any other purpose
Comply with all applicable tax obligations as required by your country's laws

EasyBooking may update this contract. Partners are notified at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Review the full contract at docs.easybooking.live.
